Amazing Service at affordable prices - wouldn't take my car anywhere else
My TT had an ongoing knock that noone could diagnose - Mill Road garage listened to me and persevered with this difficult problem - I now have a very quiet TT which makes me happy. Very good service.
Booked my car in with a range of annoying problems. Thanks to their hard work and perseverance Mill Road fixed them all. The car actually runs better than when I took it in! Will definitely use Mill Road again.
I have been taking my cars to Mill Road Garage for many many years,in fact four of my sons also take theirs there for servicing and repairs.I can only say how we have have been treated and our overall conclusion marvellous!.
There are never any dramas,hidden extras or "sorry we can't find the problem" with them.Do as we did go along and you will find out for yourselves,a good reliable garage at a fraction of the cost of main dealers and don't worry,you are in safe hands.
I accidentaly put petrol in my deisel car, Mill road garage sent someone to collect it within 2 hours and it was fixed before i knew it, Fantastic service. So when i needed a service and MOT, i didnt hesitate to use them again and will now use no other garage. Very competative charges.
Better service than the main dealer and much cheaper labour costs.
What can I say - have been using Mill Road Garage for 10 years - just around the corner from where I work so started for the convenience but they have been really good with both our cars and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else now.
Had nothing but disappiontment from main dealers - Mill Road were a breath of fresh air. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

this garage is fantastic i've had a fault with my car for 3 months and have taken it to 4 other garages who could not fix it so i was fairly sceptical about anyone finding the fault and repairing it but on speaking to their staff i changed my mind as they completely understood my fault and fixed my car first time for a fraction of what i had already paid out i am so pleased with them and would recommend them to friends and family
Went here after a bad experience at the VW dealership in Reading and reading positive reviews on here.
Great friendly service, MOT, service and repair to stuck passenger door all carried out fuss free and was kept full up to date on any potential additional costs. Everything sorted in one day and at a reasonable cost including a loan car, could not ask for any more.
Highly recommend and will certainly use again in future.

After reading the reviews and needed a local Audi garage I choose Mill Rd Garage. All the staff were really helpful and supportive they not only serviced my car, but corrected a fault which another garage could not diagnose. Could not rate them high enough - thanks.

I don't live near Reading any longer but I still use Mill Road Garage because they know everything about VW and I have had nothing but professional service from them. When you walk in through the door, they see a person who they can help rather than a muppet to be fleeced. Being able to hire a substitute car for the day at £5 just makes the whole process of taking a car to the garage that much easier.
So happy that i have discovered this garage, very helpful receptionists. I needed new brakes before i went on a driving holiday, i rang a couple of garages and was quoted rediculas prices, Mill Road Garage were not the cheapest but the price was still good compared to others, i chose them because of their personal touch, treating me as an individual and not " just another customer ". Thank You so much, i will be returning.

I have been using this garage for years and have never been ripped of or been told i need un-nessesary work done , the staff go out of their way to help me as im slightly disabled and nothing is to much trouble.

I have been taking my cars to Mill Road Garage now for many years and have always received excellent service. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The owner Steve Noades who I have known for many years is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is also very fair and generous. I wouldn't go to any other garage in Reading with my 10 year old Beetle. Sometimes I pop in to have just a light bulb replaced and although they are really busy, they always have time to do it! I trust my car with Mill Road Garage.

Cant recommend Mill Road Garage enough, Needed work done on my Audi fast, couldnt get parts myself, they took my details called back when they said. Took my car in, done the same morning. Fast, courteous service and took time to explain the parts to me. Breath of fressh air to find such a great garage at resonable prices. Couldnt fault them. Thank yuu Mill Road Garage

Tried Mill for the first time and was really pleased with the service. I had received a list of "problems that needed fixing" from VW dealer when they did the emissions "fix". VW estimate was several £hundred. Mill road guys saw through the BS and fixed the one thing that was wrong. Honest. Good value. Will be back.

I rang about what I thought was a replacement battery for my VW Golf and was told I could go over straight away. Unfortunately it turned out not to be just a battery but, although they were busy, they managed to fit me in before too long and I was able to have a loan car to get home. They sorted out my problem and my car was ready to collect before lunch the next day. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I had a window drop down and stay down on my mk5 golf. I rang hoping they could help and yes very helpful, part ordered ready for the next day ,I dropped car off with keys had a talk with the nice helpful lady at the desk. then walked home and had a cup of tea. not long after, the phone rang nice lady again to say your cars ready to pick up .
from dropping car off to picking it up.................2, 1/2 hours.............excellent. well done.
Had a few minor electrical problems + MOT pre-check. Excellent value for cost and all done within a few hours. Excellent service my VW EOS is certainly well looked after .

I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH READING AUDI WHO WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL IN DEALING WITH A GEARBOX PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY A1. I LOOKED AROUND AND CAME ACROSS MILL ROAD WHO RESOLVED THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING AND HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY CARRIED OUT A FULL BLOWN SERVICE. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE REMOTE FOR ME AS I LIVE AND WORK THE OTHER SIDE OF READING - THEIR PROVISION OF A LOAN CAR FOR THE SUM OF £5 WAS A GODSEND. STEVE, LISA AND THE STAFF COULDN'T BE MORE OBLIGING.
